Getting to know you and your business is one of the most vital steps within CARMEN’s Corporate Services process. Once there is a good understanding of client goals, CARMEN distributes a survey to client stakeholders in an effort to better understand how real estate activities have been historically handled and what current processes are in place.

Once the onboarding survey is complete, CARMEN analyzes vital factors affecting client inefficiencies such as time spent on real estate activities, market influences on the business, location program uniformity, and expenses.

Based on the data and analysis from conversations and the distributed survey, CARMEN drafts and reviews a comprehensive real estate strategy tailored to its client’s needs and business goals.

Once a strategy is finalized, CARMEN then puts a dynamic plan into action to optimize its client’s real estate lease and ownership obligations. A suitable frequency is determined for periodic update calls and reports provided to assure client’s plan visibility and continuous input is receive in the event any changes are needed during strategy execution.
